Breebe’s Botanics, LLC is a herbal apothecary and natural skincare brand where all products are handmade to order. Due to the hypoallergenic and natural state of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Breebe’s Botanics does not allow returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. If there is an issue with your products, send us an email within 24 hours with pictures so we can assist you.
Allow 3 business days for processing, not including the day the order is placed. Delivery time within the US is usually 1-3 business days. Shipping in the US may take approximately 5 to 7 business days or longer due to the pandemic, holidays, relaunches, restocks, etc.
Breebe’s Botanics takes pride in customer service. We want to remind you don’t forget to track your order. Orders can be tracked at USPS.com or with your tracking number. order. However, if you have not received your package or feel that it has been lost after checking your tracking number, please feel free to send us an email so we can better assist you. We will work diligently to help resolve any issues you may be facing. Allow 24 to 48 hours for a response from us regarding lost orders.
Any orders returned due to incorrect shipping address will be charged an additional $20 shipping fee to reship your order. Make sure your address is correct.
If you would like to purchase wholesale or private label products from Breebe’s Botanics, LLC, you will have to fill out our contact page and place your request. If anyone begins reselling Breebe’s Botanics without signing a contract (illegally), legal actions will be taken.
