This tea is great for breastfeeding mothers, the elderly, kids, and adults. It can be taken as a wellness shot, two to three tablespoons a day, or as a tea. Just don’t drink it all at once with the tea method due to the high amount of spices and herbs….dilute with spring or alkaline water). More detailed instructions are included with each order.
This tea is stored in an air tight jar. It’s good for twenty to thirty days after opening. Can last longer if stored correctly. Keep in a cold refrigerator.
